New Student Registration
All students who will be coming to Welch as a new student to the Coweta County School System must register through the Central Registration Office. This office is located at the Central Office on Werz Industrial Blvd, Newnan, GA. Please call 770-254-2800 to make an appointment. For information regarding documents that you may need, CLICK HERE.
PARKING at WELCH:
If there are no parking spaces available in the front of the building, please park in the lot behind the school. To get to the parking lot behind the school, turn left as you leave the school, make the first left at the end of the school property (Vanderbuilt Parkway), and then make the first left into the back of the school. Please do not park in the middle lane in the front of the school.
Math for Kindergarten-5th Grade
IXL is a comprehensive, standards-aligned math program offering unlimited practice in thousands of skills. One of the best things about IXL is that students can access it from school and from home! Students will be able to access IXL Math throughout the summer.

Per our Student Handbook, we cannot take transportation changes through email, fax or the phone. All changes must be in writing. When a parent emails a transportation change to you, please let them know that we cannot accept it. If there is an emergency, we will try and work with the parent but emailing a change cannot be something that is done on a regular basis.

MealpayPlus is a prepayment system that allows parents to make deposits into their students lunch accounts via the web at http://www.mealpayplus.com/ – 24 hours a day 7 days a week or by calling 877-290-7626. With a one-time free registration, MealpayPlus allows parents to sign up and register all children in a school district to one account.
Parents are able to make and view online payments by phone or web using credit cards (VISA and MasterCard),
bank check cards and /or savings or checking accounts (e-check via ACH). The site that the parents will visit to register their children is: www.mealpayplus.com For payments via phone parents can call: 877-290-7626 AND anytime parents need help this is the HELP DESK NUMBER for them to call.
