Meet Dr. Tarleton & Mrs. Archer
Students and Families,
My name is Page Tarleton. This is my 18th year teaching. My first three years of teaching, I taught kindergarten and 1st grade French at Newnan Crossing and Western Elementary. I have been teaching kindergarten for 15 years. KINDERGARTEN IS THE BEST.
I received my undergraduate degree from Mercer University. After that I obtained a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education from the State University of West Georgia. Next I was awarded an Educational Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University. I recently graduated with my Educational Doctorate in Instructional Leadership.
I have been married for 12 years . My husband is also in education. He is the assistant principal at Evans Middle School. We have a 10 year-old, 5th grader, Jake. He is so much fun! I can't believe this will be his last year at Arbor Springs. We also have Brooks who will be 3 in November. That little guy really keeps us on our toes!!
Pink is my favorite color and I love anything with polka dots! I love to teach, read, run, travel and especially spend time with my family and friends. Teaching kindergarten is not like a job to me. It is my life where I strive every day to inspire a life-long-love of learning in all of my kindergarten babies.
Mrs. Archer has been at Arbor Springs since it opened. She has been a paraprofessional in pre-k and kindergarten. Mrs. Archer has been married for 33 years and has two grown children. Her daughter lives in Cincinnati and her son lives in Newnan. Mrs. Archer loves to read, do a variety of crafts and spend time working with children. Mrs. Archer has 2 grandsons, Lane and Jaden, that she loves to spend time with and spoil
Thank you so much for entrusting your children to me this year. I know that together we will make a great team!! I am looking forward to a great year.
