Registration


 

For your convenience, registration is available at the Central Registration Office . Registration is not available at the schools. Please contact the Central Registration Center for more information.  Call 770-254-5551 for appointments.  Drops in will be worked in but to reduce your wait time please call for an appointment.

The only registration not handled at the Central Registration Office is Pre-K. This enrollment will continue to be completed at the individual schools.

Central Registration appointment hours are 8 am until 12:00 am and then again from 1:30 pm until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.


All children entering a public school in Georgia for the first time, regardless of the grade or school entered, are required by state law to present the following:

To register a child in Coweta County schools, you will need:

1. Proof of Residence - 1) current electric bill or letter from electric company stating service has been connected AND 2) current lease or purchase agreement in the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) name. Both documents must be presented a the time of enrollment/registration.
2. Birth Certificate—certified copy (not hospital copy)
3. State ID or Drivers License of parent or legal guardian registering student. You will need custody papers (if applicable). If a student’s parents are divorced, a copy of the final divorce decree must be provided.
