Coach Rogers' Physical Education Web Page

The Physical Education program at White Oak Elementary is to contribute to the total education program primarily through movement experiences for the growth and development of all children who participate regularly in physical activity and are prepared to address their fitness needs both now and in the future. The program will offer the best environment for students to participate in activities both individually and within groups that are physically wholesome, mentally stimulating, and socially sound.

The learning goals are to increase and improve the child’s sense of confidence for ongoing skill development; mutual support within a group; agility and physical coordination, and confidence in one’s physical self and in being with others.
