Click HERE for the AR website Accelerated Reader Book Finder The Accelerated Reader Program The goal of the AR program is to increase reading practice, improve reading test scores, and to help students develop a love of reading and lifelong learning. Students have three individual goals in the AR program. One goal is for acquiring points. Another goal is a reading level that is higher than a student's current level. The third goal is to achieve 85% or higher on all reading quizzes taken. Meeting all three of these goals will ensure the success of students and will ensure that their reading level increases. Students will be able to earn prizes for meeting their goals. These prizes include dog tags, Pizza Hut pizza coupons, special lunches, t-shirts, movie and popcorn parties, ice cream parties, etc.
