A Little bit about Me

My name is Melissa King and I have been the Music Teacher at Welch since the opening of our school in 2006. I graduated in 2003 from the University of West Georgia with a BA in Music Education. My husband David and I have lived in Newnan since 2005. Visit my bio for a more information about me!

My goal with each child is to facilitate the same love for music that I have developed over the years. Whether it's through singing or playing instruments. I want to teach the basic knowledge to encourage them to continue Music throughout Middle, High School and even College.
