| Under the new Georgia Performance Standards, Language Arts classes are required to produce four formal writings per year, or one per nine weeks' grading period. Today, Mrs. Ethridge's class went to the Computer Lab to type the final draft of their first formal writing of the year, a narrative essay about something that happened in their lives. They had written the first draft earlier this week, and then divided into groups to edit each other's work. Today was the final step in the process of producing a narrative essay. |
