Josh Addis - 7th Grade Language Arts

My name is Josh Addis. I teach 7th grade Language Arts here at Smokey Road. This is my first year of teaching. I completed my Masters Degree in Teaching from Lee University in 2007. I moved back home this year to Newnan from the Chattanooga area.

I am wildly devoted to UGA football. GO DAWGS!! I am an avid Braves, Hawks, and Falcons fan as well. I also love Music and the Great Outdoors.

I love teaching because it provides an excellent opportunity to impact the lives of children in a positive way. It is my belief that the greatest teachers are those who display the greatest love. I'm looking forward to a wonderful year at “The Road”.
