Jim Mills - 8th Grade Georgia History

This is my 4th year in the Coweta County School System. I was a teacher and Dean of Students in Indian River County Florida for 26 years. I have worked with middle school students my entire career. It's NEVER boring in the middle!

I have a Bachelors Degree from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama. I received my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from the Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida.

I like all sports--especially SEC football. ROLL TIDE!!!!! I enjoy fishing and working on my farm.

I grew up in Brewton, Alabama and currenty live in Senoia with my wife Judy and our "grand dog" Baily. We have one daughter, Juli, who works for the U.S. Civilian Research & Development Foundation in Arlington, VA.

I'm very excited about being a member of the fantastic Smokey Road Middle School family.

It's great to be alive and to be a Smokey Road Wildcat!
