For your convenience, registration is available at the Central Registration Office. Registration is not available at the schools. Please contact the Central Registration Center for more information. Call 770-254-5551 for appointments. Drop-ins will be worked in but to reduce your wait time please call for an appointment.
To Request Records and/or Transcripts
If you graduated and/or withdrew within the last three years, your records are housed at Newnan High School. You will need to follow this procedure in order to obtain them:

The student (if student is 18 years of age) or Parent/Guardian (if student is under 18) must sign the form and include their address and phone number. Picture ID must be presented by the person requesting the records.
Include the contact name, address, and telephone number (colleges, work programs, technical schools, etc..) to which the transcript(s) should be mailed and the number of copies to be released. Official transcripts are placed in a sealed envelope.
A processing fee of $3.00 from students/parents is required. Only cash or money orders are accepted (no personal checks, debit or credit cards accepted).
The government, state, and military can fax requests and the fee for a transcript is waived. Please fax to 770-254-2797 Attn: Registrar.
Businesses or agencies requesting educational verification and/or employment verification: a request for verification must be submitted in writing and a money order submitted for $5.00 payable to Newnan High School for each request.
