This week's study skills include stress reduction tips. when the semester begins and the pressure is on, make a list. Include everything that needs to be done on the your new list. Homework assignments, class assignments, and everything important must be on your list. You will find that there is time to fit in everything. When you have completed a task on lyour list, cross it off. Cg everything off will give you a good feeling of accomplishment.

When anxiety sets in, gain temporary control of yourself by practicing deep breathing or meditation.

Never procrastinate when it omces to projects or papers. When you are given an assignment, begin working on it as soon as possible. The best way to reduce stress is to not wait until the last minute to begin anything.
