Matt Weisbecker

Matt Weisbecker is in the twelfth grade. Currently he is taking World War II, Sociology, Algebra III, and Physics. His favorite class is World War II, because he enjoys learning about that time period. His most challenging class is Algebra III, because he says he is not a math person.

Matt aspires to become an accountant or a lawyer. He will be attending the University of West Georgia after high school graduation. He plans to major in history.

Matt's biggest pet peeve is when people "play the car radio so loudly that you can hear it three blocks away."

Matt is a member of both the A-Team and Key Club. His hobbies consist of watching college football and Jeopardy.

Matt's father is his idol. He chooses his dad because he gets up at four thirty every morning and works a nine hour shift. He does this six days a week without ever complaining. Matt loves the fact that his father is so hard-working.

The morning Matt got his driver's license is his best memory. He was really nervous, but he did fine on the test. After obtaining his license, his mother let him drive to a nearby gas station alone so he could see what it was like.

The people at Newnan High School are what Matt loves most. He says "the teachers and students are really easy to get along with."
