Latin Film Fest
On October 13th, the High Museum of Art in Atlanta presented the 21st annual Latin American Film Festival. This event will run on every Friday and Saturday night until November 18th at 8 p.m.The audience will have the chance to view twelve dramas, comedies, and documentaries from across Latin America. Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, and Mexico are a few countries to be featured in the films. The Latin American Film Festival opens with Que' Viva Mexico! This legendary film by Serfoi Ersenstein is a poetic visual about Mexican mythology. On October 20th, Mezcal will be performed. This film has been rewarded five Ariel Awards, which are Mexico's equivalent to the Oscars. There are many great films to be shown throughout the next month. These films will show Latin American heritage and entertainment to all who encounter it.
