Black History Program
The SGA is starting another project that will enhance our school spirit. On Friday during second block, the SGA held the first black history program.
A guest speaker from the Supreme Court spoke on "Breaking Down Your Boundaries." Also, SGA president Pierre Whatley spoke on "I, too, Have a Dream," and Natasha Ward recited "Still I Rise by Maya Angelou. Channel 11 News taped the event.
This event was something new from the SGA, and members hope it will keep going for years.
