Hall of Fame Banquet

The annual Coweta Sports Hall of Fame Banquet has been a sellout every ear. Is it one of the hottest tickets in Newnan.

This year's banquet will be held at 6:30 p.m., February 10th at the Coweta Fairgrounds on Pine Road. Tickets are on sale now for $25.00. the tickets will sell fast, so call 706-253-5622 or 770-253-1235 to make sure you can attend.

The banquet includes dinner and a program where the inductees will be Joe Crain, Kelly Grenga, Sam Murray, Rayford Patterson, Joe Pope, Earnest Powell, Jack Schiffli, Harley Stewart, and John Thrower.

This banquet recognized outstanding athletes, coaches, and other sports minded people from our community.

College scholarships will be awarded to each of our four county high schools.
