Jasmine Arnold

"Live life today for yesterday is gone, and tomorrow may never come" is a quote Jasmine Arnold uses in her life choices. Jasmine is a part of the NHS yearbook staff and loves everything that is involved with being on the staff.

"The best part about being on the yearbook staff is being able to help put together a yearbook that has not only made memories for me but also hopefully for the people who look at it--that they finally see just how much they all mean to each other."

Most people do not realize how much it takes to compile all of those memories into one annual. "Practice writing tests packets, picture passes, class sections, sports, clubs and organizations, senior section and many other things are all part of yearbook." This year, Jasmine helped write picture passes for picture day. She was assigned numerous classes and made sure every student on the roster had a pass. She also helped make sure all the teachers had passes.

"I wanted to be involved in the yearbook staff because it's a great way to realize the importance of an organization in the future. It creates an experience of knowing that I've participated in establishing another annual. And most importantly, I know that my experienced yearbook teacher will never steer me in the wrong direction."

Jasmine currently takes Economics, Video and Broadcasting, Algebra III, and Yearbook. She interns through CEC for Newnan Utilities Channel 7 Broadcasting. After graduation, she plans to major in journalism.

We at the Cougar Chronicles wish her the best of luck in all she does.
