Cougars Punish the Patriots

The final score is 48 - 15 over Paulding County this past Friday, October 5.

Quarterback Russell Powell threw for 204 yards and 4 touchdowns. Powell has now thrown at least one TD pass in all five of Newnan's games this year.

Brandon Clark caught four passes for 94 yards and for 2 touchdowns.

Jamal Ransby teamed with Powell for an 88 yard touchdown pass.

The total offensive yardage for the Cougars was 142 yards.
