Cross Country

The Cougar Chronicles would like to give congratulations to the Newnan High School cross country runner Jonathan Ballantyne, William Pike and Elizabeth Gresham. All these students competed in the Aubrae Gunderson Invitational on September 29.

William Pike, the top runner, finished first out of 190 runners with a time of 16:44. Jonathan Ballantyne turned in a 12th place finish with a time of 18:08. Top girl runner Elizabeth Gresham finished 7th out of 189 runners with a time of 21:20.
