Newnan Protest Laws

Newnan City Council discussed two new ordinances on Monday the 10th. The ordinances' intentions are to help control and limit street preaching, noise and parade functions.

The ordinances are being discussed due to the street preaching demonstrations of Billy Ball, pastor of Faith Baptist Church in Primerose, and members of his congregations.
