Mrs. Karen Tipsword

Formerly known as Ms. Karen Adams, Mrs. Karen Tipsword recently got married, bringing more children into her life. "Now I have six step-children, and four grandchildren!"

Having traveled to many countries, Mrs. Tipsword wishes to go to Greece.

Mrs. Tipsword attended high school in New Jersey, where the school was an experiment in "open campus." Since it was tough academically, Mrs. Tipsword was ready for college by the end of her junior year. Afterwards, her minor in college was Classical Civilization.

Mrs. Tipsword's hero is her very own husband Tony Tipsword. "He is extremely intelligent and thinks outside the box. He truly cares about people and served in both the Army and the Navy."

Inspiration to teach came from her parents, and Mrs. Tipsword says that NHS "rocks!" Her favorite subjects include Spanish, French, English, and Ancient History. Since they reflect different cultures. "It fascinates me to travel to another country and try to fit in."

Other than that, Mrs. Tipsword enjoys cooking, camping, and riding her motorcycle.
