Mr. Ben Tarleton
Newnan High graduate, Ben Tarleton answered a few questions for the Cougar Chronicles. Mr. Tarleton's inspiration to become a teacher came from Mrs. Hall and Mr. Quesinberry. After high school, he attended West Georgia University (earning a B.S. in Social Science Education) and Nova Southeastern University (obtaining a M.S. in Ed. Leadership).
Mr. Tarleton is the head coach for Girls' and Boys' Cross Country teams and also helps Coach Morris with the baseball team.
Mr. Tarleton enjoys fishing and grilling, and his family's favorite vacation spot is St. George Island, Florida.
One day, he hopes to upgrade to an administrative role, but if given another choice of professions, he would like to own a beach chair/umbrella rental business somewhere in the Caribbean.
