Newnan's Relay for Life

Raising $179, 459 for the American Cancer Society this year was the annual Relay for Life. Not only does this event honor those who have fought cancer and lived, but it also raises money for ACS services.

This year's event had over seventy teams who walked and sold food and merchandise to raise more money.

They money raised goes to fund cancer research, education, free patient services, and other related programs.
