Roars Not Whispers in Scotland
An inspiring project in Scotland open to young people--Roars Not Whispers-- is an opportunity for anyone sixteen through twenty-five years of age to create a change in Scotland communities.
The program, jointly run by Oxfam and the Scottish Youth Parliament, is looking to increase the number of young people who have the desire to learn how to create positive change within their communities.
Hilary Lynn, the vice-chairman of the Scottish Youth Parliament, said, "Young people in Scotland aren't the leaders of tomorrow; they are the leaders of today. Make a roar not a whisper."
