Race for Riley

Race for Riley will be held Saturday, April 26 in Palmetto at the Georgia Baptist Children's Home. The race is being held for six-year-old Riley Peek who suffers from mitochondrial disease. This race will raise money for Joseph Sams School in Fayetteville.

The race is actually three races, a 5k run, 1 mile, and tot trot. Awards will be presented to each overall male and female, winner of masters, and top three of fourteen age groups. The 5k will start at 8:30 a.m. with the mile and tot trot to follow. It will cost $20.00 for individuals to pre-register, and the day of the even the registration fee will be $25.00.
