Girls Soccer Versus Upson Lee

The girls' varsity soccer team played Upson Lee on Friday, March 14. The Lady Cougars defeated them 5-0. Rebecca McCorkle was the first to put a point on the scoreboard, scoring off a cross from Megan McAlpin. Whitney mann earned the Cougars another goal by scoring off a deflection from an Upson Lee defender. Nella Jackson got a third goal right before halftime from Margaret McMichael's beautiful corner kick. McAlpin scored in the first minute of the second half. Megan Willingham scored the final goal with seven minutes left in the game

The Lady Cougars worked hard to beat Upson Lee and now have a six game winning streak.
