Cougar Cross Country

The Newnan Cross Country team competed in the Carrollton Last Chance Meet this past Saturday, October 24.

Newnan came prepared as they raced against many of the top teams in the state.

The Newnan boys' team was led by their fastest runner Jonathan Ballentyne followed by Jason Blinco, Travis Montgomery, and Stuart Sumner.

The Newnan girls' team did very well also. The girls were brought in by Sandy Gamino. She was followed by Katie Davis, Ashley Quisenberry, Gabby Busby, and Kristen Adams.

The Newnan Cross Country team is preparing for their next meet, the region meet at Clinton Farms on Thursday, October 29. So come out and support the Cross Country team!
