Youth Art Competition Winners

A Youth Art Competition was held at the Coweta County Fair. Many Newnan students submitted art into the competition and won. Katie Turner was one of the lucky winners. She won the award for "Best in Show Overall." She also won "Best" ribbons for drawing, sculpture, and painting.

Many other students won as well. First place ribbons went to Leslie Calderon, Courtney Harrison, Taylor Ivy, Sarah Johnson, Katherine Koran, Haley Pilgreen, and Jose Rosario.

Second place ribbons went to Sophie David, Courtney Harris, Hannah Long, Tara Long, Jackie Miller, Carly Moser, and Kelsey Veal.

Third place ribbons went to Matt Bloodworth, Vada Cunningham, Romy Nunez, and Angel Osario.
