gold permits are allowed to park in gold lots. These seniors must park in a
parking space. All others with be ticketed.

to the NHS GymCats on their championship meet! Newnan scored 110.25
points to bring home the cup from the GHSA state championship on Friday
night. They are our “Magnificent Seven!” Way to go, girls!!”
Congratulations to NHS Girls Track Team. The team finished 3rd in the State. Canesha Edwards placed 1st in the long jump and 5th in the high jump. Chalonda Goodman placed 1st in the 100M and 200M. She broke the 100M state record that was set in 1986. Danielle Snead, Canesha Edwards, Angelica Whaley, and Chalonda Goodman placed 3rd in the 4X100 and 4th in the 4X400M. Congratulations girls.
National Honor Society will hold a brief meeting after school Tuesday, May 6 in Mrs. Cleary’s room. Seniors and juniors need to attend. If you are unable to attend, please see Mrs. French or Mrs. Cleary for information.
