Transportation changes must be made in writing and given to your child's teacher. All changes in writing must be given to your child's teacher prior to 2:00 p.m. each day. Transportation changes will not be accepted by phone. Also, if you need to pick up your child, you must do so prior to 2:00 p.m. At 2:00 p.m. we begin our dismissal procedures. Once dismissal procedures are begun, parents may not make transportation changes or come to the school and remove students from the buses. If we allowed all 1027 parents to come to our school at 2:00 to begin making changes, removing students from buses, etc., none of our students would be safe. Please help us by keeping all of our 1027 students safe by following the above requests. Dismissal time is very busy for our staff and we must concentrate on our dismissal procedures to keep children safe.

Non-Sufficiently Funded Check Collection

Coweta County School System has contracted with the Federal Automated Recovery Systems (FARS) for the electronic collection of checks returned for insufficient funds (NSF). The district will gladly accept your checks; however, in the event your check is returned, your account will be debited electronically for the face amount of the check and fees allowed by the state of Georgia .

All checks that are currently past due will also be recovered through this process if not paid in full by the start date of the program on July 1, 2006 .

Please include the following on your check:
