All medications at MMS
in the nurse's office must picked up.
Parents must pick up prescription
medications; students may pick up over
the counter medication on the last day
of school before leaving..
Any medications not picked up by May 28 will be
destroyed.
Cafeteria Information

As we come to the end of
another year we would like to
thank everyone for their continued
support of our school meal
program.
Please be aware that beginning April
26th students may no
longer charge a lunch. You can help by
making sure your
student has cash or enough money on
his/her account to
purchase meals through May 28th.
Any extra balance on student accounts
may remain through
the next school year or may be picked up
by students before
May 27th. All charges must be paid by
May 2nd.

Madras Science Fair Winners 2009
MMS Designated
Distinguished School
The Georgia
Department of Education has designated
Madras Middle School as a Distinguished
School. Schools receive this
status by making AYP (Adequate Yearly
Progress) as defined by the national No
Child Left Behind guidelines. The
schools must maintain their AYP status
for 3 or more consecutive years to be
considered a distinguished school.
Parent Portal -
Parents may pick up activation keys in the front
office during regular business hours. Remember
to bring a picture ID.
