CCSS Athletic Warning Video
Students who wish to
participate in the various athletics offered
at Madras Middle School need to have the
correct paperwork completed and turned in to
the appropriate coach prior to any practice
or tryout. Paperwork consists of: parent
authorization, release form, physical, heat warning
advisory, and athletics warning film form.
Parents need to view the athletics warning

Eligibility to Participate:

7th and 8th grade students may
participate.

Participants' grades will be checked
before each season.

Participants must not have failed more
than one subject in the preceding
grading period.

Students who have been retained may not
participate.
