Mrs. Evans has been teaching for over 20 years.  Although she has taught 6^th grade, 8^th grade, and Title I, her love is 5^th grade.  She currently teaches Language Arts (with an emphasis on writing) and Social Studies.  She has a Master’s Degree in Reading and a Reading Specialist certification.  In December of 2009, she will graduate from the University of West Georgia with a Specialist in Instructional Technology.  In her free time, Mrs. Evans enjoys spending time with her family, scrapbooking, reading, surfing the net, and eating out.
