DAILY FOLDERS
We will be giving each
child a folder. We will use this folder
to send correspondence between home & school EACH
DAY. We ask that you look at and initial
each day of the calendar in the folder so that we know you saw it! We will
stamp each day if the day was, in
general, a good day. At times we will withhold a stamp if we have spoken to
your child more than a couple of times about a particular behavior, or
if there is an incident that we feel you need to know about. This is just a way
to keep you informed. We will call you personally if undesirable behavior is
not stopped within a reasonable time period. Please feel free to call us
anytime that you are concerned. We will
check folders each morning for notes, money, etc. PLEASE, PLEASE, remember to put all money in
an envelope labeled with your child’s name as well as what the money is being
sent for!! Please have a special place
in your home to keep this folder each day. (We suggest placing it back in the
book bag.) The folder is also a teaching tool to help your child begin to be
responsible for bringing information home and getting information back to
school.
