Subject: Google Email is Coming!

The Technology Department is scheduling the conversion to Google email for this Saturday morning, 7/18/15.

We will edit the DNS records to redirect incoming emails to the Google email servers instead of the Microsoft Exchange email servers.

You will not lose old emails!!!

We will place the Microsoft Exchange email server in Read-Only mode. This will allow you to view old emails but not send emails from Outlook, Outlook Web App, or your phones configured with Exchange email.

A follow up email will be sent out to all users before the cutover as a reminder. Information on setting up your phone to receive emails from Google will also be included.

Click here to proceed to the Outlook Web App web page.
