Since we have only one English III (American Literature) teacher at CEC, each class has a mix of students who have registered for both General and Advanced English III.  While I teach this class at a level that ensures that all students obtain the state structured instruction and that focuses on their overall success, all students who have registered for the Advanced English III curriculum should let me know if they would like for me to make the curriculum more challenging for them.

Students who have registered for the Advanced English III course will receive the transcript weighting that enrollment in the class merits.  Furthermore, to meet the educational challenges of an advanced curriculum, they will be required to complete extra assignments.  The assignments, with due dates, are provided below.
