Welcome to Elm Street's Fifth Grade Website!

Elm Street's Fifth Grade teaching staff strives to provide an enriched environment that fosters learning with all students. We are very excited about the school year and have many fun learning opportunities in the making.

Elm Street's school theme this year is "Essential Pieces." The fifth grade staff truly believes that all students, parents, and teachers are key pieces to the success puzzle of each student. With hard work from the students, quality teaching from the staff, and support from the parents, the pieces can fit together and ensure the success of each student.

Please note we make every effort to update this website in a timely manner in the midst of our normal duties as teachers. The greatest communication tool you have between home and school is your child's agenda. Each student's teacher has assignments that are due on his/her board. Please check your child's agenda each night.

Some Important Upcoming Dates

CRCT April 21-25

	Be here on time! (Students that arrive after 8:15 will have to take that portion of the test later that afternoon.)
	Get plenty of sleep.
	Get a GOOD breakfast. (Eat a meal that is filling but not heavy and full of sugar.)
	Bring at least two #2 pencils with good erasers.
	RELAX!!
