Congratulations to Abby Russell and Taylor Blankenship for making the 2014 All-State Chorus. Out of 3,000 students, 300 students were selected. They will attend All-State competition in February in Athens, GA. Good luck ladies!!!

We were recently visited by representatives of the Coweta-Fayette EMC Operation Round Up Program. Our STEM teacher, Ms. McClendon and Choral Director, Johnny Holloway were each awarded a grant of $1,500.00 yesterday morning through the Bright Ideas Initiative. Well done and keep up the good work and grant writing!!!

Xtranormal.com: This site allows you to use avatars to talk. You can choose characters, then type in what you want them to say. It is really cool and students would definitely pay attention. You can search for ones that other teachers have made. For example, you can type in “science lab rules” and find videos relating. Some of them are really funny.
