As the Romans Did
The following Power Point Presentations were created by Latin I
students from CEC in the fall of 2003.
They based their work primarily on Jo-Ann Shelton’s book As the
Romans Did, a Sourcebook in Roman Social History (Oxford University Press,
1998, Second Edition).
Students also did additional research on the topics and created these
full text power points.
“Full-text” means that they are complete in themselves and do not
require a speaker of script to understand them. Each power point is accompanied by a quiz of 20 questions
over the material.
If you do not have Power Point on your computer, you may get a free
reader by going here.
