Booth Guidelines

Booth Fee: $30 (due by October 5th, please make checks out to Canongate PTA). 100% of booth fee goes to Canongate PTA.

Booth Set-up: All booths must be set up by 10:00 am and all cars removed to parking area by this time. Each booth space will be 10 X 10. No equipment, tables or chairs will be available from the school. You will responsible for your booth and all monies and change needed for your booth!

Booth Clean-up: The festival is over at 3:00 pm Please do not take your booth down until 3:00 pm. You are responsible for cleaning booth area at end of festival.

Agreement and Signature

By submitting this registration form, I agree to take full responsibility for my booth and booth space. I also agree to act accordingly and ask my booth volunteers to act accordingly while on school property.
