Third through fifth grade students are strongly encouraged to purchase a Chromebook cover for the Dell 3120 Chromebook. Students may not decorate their actual Chromebook, however, they can decorate their cover. Decorating and personalizing their cover will make it easy for teachers and students to identify their own device, as well as protect it. Parents may also want to think about getting something big enough to hold the charger as well.
Brooks Elementary School Now Sends Alerts via Text Messaging
Brooks uses a free educational service that allows educators to communicate safely to parents and students, but standard text messaging rates apply. The messaging number is not a cell phone number, and users can not reply to the message (nor can personal phone numbers be viewed). It is simply a means to send quick reminders to its users. You can read more about the service at http://www.remind101.com .
or Text the message @84e378 to the number 81010
