Who can participate?                    Students, family members & school staff can participate in the fitness challenge.

How do I record my exercises?          1. 30 minutes of exercise or playing a sports equals 1 mile.

2. Describe your exercise or draw a picture on the mileage sheet.

3. Date and have your parent sign it.

4. Return  the sheet when you complete ten miles to Coach Walker

5. Receive a reward!

Where do I get a mileage sheet?  There is a mileage sheet on the back of the brochure, download one off the school homepage or get one from Coach Walker.

Are there Prizes? YES                         When you complete 10 miles, you join a mileage club.  You will receive a bracelet, shoe token, certificate, and have your picture taken. Pictures will be  placed under your club and will be displayed in the gym lobby.
