MISSION STATEMENT
The purpose of the Arbor Springs Elementary School Junior National Beta Club shall be: to promote the ideals of honesty, service, morality, ethical conduct, and leadership among elementary school students, to reward meritorious achievement, and to encourage and assist students in continuing their education.
VISION STATEMENT
The Arbor Springs Elementary School Junior National Beta Club, a student-centered organization, continually develops and nurtures individuals by providing opportunities and experiences enabling them to demonstrate the ideals of character, achievement, service and leadership in a global community.
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is a privilege and not a right. The qualifications for membership on the part of the student shall be: (a) worthy, moral and ethical character, (b) good mentality, (c) creditable achievement, and (d) commendable attitude. All students must be performing on or above grade level. The classes from which members may be drawn shall be fifth grade classes. The scholastic requirements for membership in the Arbor Springs Elementary School chapter of The National Junior Beta Club shall be an overall A average from fourth grade in addition to all A's in conduct, and a recommendation from a teacher.
The Arbor Springs Elementary School Beta Club meets at 2:35pm on the first Monday of the month during the normal school year. The local dues of this chapter of The National Junior Beta Club shall be $20.00 per year.
