Coweta
County
Summer
School
for
middle
school
students
will be
offered
at
Arnall
Middle
School
and
Evans
Middle
school
in June,
and
students
may
register
at each
middle
school
through
May 25.
Classes
in math,
language
arts,
science,
and
social
studies
will be
held
June 4
through
June 29
(20 days
of
instruction),
from
8:00
a.m. to
12:00
p.m. for
middle
school
students.
Teachers
will be
on duty
from
7:30
a.m. to
12:30
p.m..
Lunch
and
transportation
must be
provided
by
parents.
Students
who did
not
successfully
meet
expectations
on the
Reading
or Math
portion
of the
CRCT are
eligible
for
summer
CRCT
remediation
at no
charge.
The
classes
are also
available
on a
tuition
basis to
students
who were
retained
because
they
failed
two
academic
classes
during
the
regular
year.
Tuition
for
students
who
failed
two
academic
courses
are $150
for
Coweta
County
residents
and $200
for
out-of-county
residents.
Payment
must be
made by
cash,
cashier
check,
or money
order
only,
and
payment
in full
is
required
no later
than the
start of
classes
on
Monday,
June 4.

child’s
middle
school
counselor’s
office.
Summer
school
is
offered
at
Arnall

School
for
students
attending
Arnall
Middle
School,
East
Coweta
Middle
School,
and Lee
Middle
School.
Summer
school
is
offered
at Evans
Middle
School
for
students
attending
Evans
Middle
School,
Madras
Middle
School,
and
Smokey
Road
Middle
School.
